Before the project
What is the best way to contact you?
We are available on the phone 07774 068 080. We always try and answer during working hours but may sometimes miss your call. If this happens, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you. You can also reach us on email email@example.com where we aim to reply as soon as possible.
What services do you offer?
Please refer to our services pages for more detailed information. We offer a whole host of carpentry services, indoor and outdoor for domestic or commercial projects. We also work with additional trades and are happy to manage and recommend these to you.
How do you quote?
Once you have made contact with us, we usually come and visit the site to establish the full requirements and take any measurements we may need for materials or to price. Once we have all of this information, we will provide you with a written quotation supplied by email.
During the project
What time can I expect you on site?
We will arrange this with you in advance but we will usually arrive on site early.
Who supplies the materials?
We are flexible. If there’s a particular type of wood you would like to source and order in, we can work with it. However, if you would like our advice we can recommend the best product to use, how much to order and provide this for you. We supply things like screws and fixings, which are all considered as part of your quote.
